Please note: Between 08:00 - 08:30 and between 18:00 - 18:30 in an emergency situation which cannot wait until the surgery re-opens, please ring 01452 337777 where you will be put through to the doctor on call.

Staff Training

Training is important for us all. Doctors and Nurses may take time away from the surgery for training, but at times we need to be together to better establish how we work as a team.

Sometimes this training also involves the reception and administration staff, and on these occasions the surgery is likely to be closed from 14:00 until approximately 16:00.

There will always be a doctor available for emergencies, and appointments are available once we reopen.

When We Are Closed

NHS 111

In the case of urgent need when the practice is closed you can call NHS 111  (simply dial 111) to speak to a triage nurse. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
